Shelly Sanderson has been practicing for over twenty years. It began with Reflexology and Relaxation massage. Then while residing in Vancouver she was introduced to Reiki and did chair massage for three years. Now Shelly is a Reiki Master and currently performs Heated Stone Energy massage, Reiki and Reflexology at the Beautiful Ignatius Jesuit Center in Guelph. Swanhealing is part of the wellness program providing Reflexology treatments at Eramosa Engineering. She is also trained in Axiatonal Alignment and  the Munay-Ki initiations/rites.

It is said that simply looking at it will bring peace and healing.  This is also known as the white light reiki symbol.

The Johrei Symbol was originally found in ancient Tibet. It was made of copper, brass or bronze and hung on the wall of the temple. The Johrei was hung in a place of prominence within the Holy of Holies and served as a reminder to all of the inner awareness that they were developing. The divine symbol was special to the Holy Men of the time, as they utilized the Johrei as a means of correcting the state of mind and to remind them of the divine power in their daily lives. The Johrei is hung to promote peace, protection, balance, success, power and righteousness.
